NATIONAL UNION OF TELECOMMUNICATION EMPLOYEES (NUTE). This change was made due to many changes taking place in the industry with regards to ownership of telecommunication companies and outsourcing activities of the major Telcos. NUTE are now in the process of organizing members from all telecommunication entities including fixed lines, Mobile and related companies.

eg. MS Gaji Minima RM1250 + Gaji Maksima RM3578 = RM 4828 bahagi 2 x 3% = RM 73
